I love planning storage – everything has its place.
Plates, cutlery, pots and pans will go in the drawers. Tupperware tubs to store dry foods in the cupboard under the sink. But we need some shelves – to store the kettle, foods, herbs & spices, etc.
To match the rest of the van decor we’ve used left over pieces of the 15mm poplar ply to make our shelves. Two smaller ones, and one that extends over the kitchen.
We’ve supported them against the wardrobe wall with lightweight wood brackets, which we’ve painted in the @anniesloanhome Aubusson blue. For the shelf end over the sliding door we’ve made an end upright.
To stop things flying off the shelves we’ve put in mini brass rails.
