What were the holes for: – Boiler exhaust – Water inlet 🚿 – Toilet fan 🚽 – Solar and aerial cabling from roof
Each hole needed to be drilled before we finished installing insulation and walls around them, which meant we needed to know where to put them quite early on.
Typically each of the holes was a different size, so we needed to buy separate hole saws to drill each of the holes.
Each hole was carefully: – Marked up – Pilot hole drilled – Wood backing installed – Full size hole drilled – Hole filed – Hole primed – Hole metal painted – Inlet/outlet item installed with an adhesive sealant.
