One of Em’s good friends has a place near Lake Lugano, and as they were going to be there when we were passing by, we couldn’t miss the opportnity of saying “ciao” 🙋‍♀️ We had a fantastic day, taking a boat ride around the lake 🚤 stopping off for a couple of swims (Em had a slight panic about the water snakes, having spotted one wriggling near the waters edge when we took a walk the night before). There were hundreds (not exaggerating) of cormorants and grebe on the water. We moored up on the lake side for lunch at a cafe. Rounding off the day with dinner at a lake side restaurant.
